In May 2015 the grand opening of Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi will take place in the capital of Georgia. The hotel belongs to Hotels & Preference Group. The corporation, which is one of the Top 5 independent luxury hotel chains, currently presenting more than 150 (mainly 4 and 5 star) hotels in over 20 World Prestigious Destinations, will soon offer their high standard service to Georgian customers. “Being a small country is one of the main advantages of Georgia. It makes it easier to see all the variety that this country offers in a short amount of time. One can visit three or four different locations in a single trip. As the number of tourists in Georgia surges from year to year, we believe that our timing is perfect.” – said Mr. Petter Lillvik, General Manager of Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi.
This will be the first Hotels & Preference project in Georgia, officially presented by “Hualing International” Company, which is also an owning company of the Hualing International Special Economic Zone in Georgia Tbilisi.
Built in a modern European contemporary style, with 247 guestrooms (11 of which are suites), Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi will provide its guests with a natural, comfortable and elegant stay. Petter Lillvik placed special emphasis on the spaciousness (38m2 – 159 m2) of the rooms and the versatility of the design, describing it as “contemporary, yet classic.” The hotel will also have the largest ballroom in Georgia – 800m2, accommodating up to 750 persons.
Hotel amenities will include a 3000m2 recreation center with golf simulators, pools, a state-of-the-art gym and grounds with gardens and an artificial lake. Hotels & Preference is the first hotel with a very special Chinese restaurant with a combination of Northern, Southern and Western cuisines, which, according to Mr. Lillvik, will familiarize their guests with “the true flavor of China.”
Hotels & Preference Tbilisi is located in Tbilisi Sea New City, known as the Olympic Village. The company’s managers believe their location is an advantage. “Compared to the hectic atmosphere of the city center, we offer our clients a peaceful environment in an ecologically fresh zone.” – said Petter Lillvik. Furthermore, as the hotel is located in the Olympic village it is sure to become the center point of the upcoming Olympic activities.
Petter Lillvik informed Georgia Today, that Hotels & Preference Hualing Tbilisi is preparing for a mass recruitment. The event will take place on 20th and 21st of December in Business Center Didube Plaza where the management expects to recruit approximately 200-300 local employees. As Mr. Lillvik underlined, the company is mainly looking for Georgians to staff the hotel, as they want to help the local people, as well as contribute to the economy and tourism industry of Georgia.
